Our free AI consultation, which we also call an AI Readiness Audit, is a conversation in which we look at how your business currently works and give you an honest view of where AI and automation could help, where they probably would not, and what a sensible first step looks like. There is no obligation to work with us afterwards.
It is aimed at owners and team leads who suspect a lot of time is going on repetitive work but are not sure what is realistic. You do not need a technical background or a prepared brief. If you can describe how a task is done today and which tools are involved, we can work from there.
We would rather tell you that a process is not ready for automation than sell you something that will not work. Sometimes the answer is to tidy your data or fix the process first, and we will say so.

Yes, the initial consultation is free and carries no obligation. If you later choose to work with us, any paid work would be scoped and agreed in writing separately, so you know what you are committing to.

It is a structured look at whether your processes, data and tools are in a state where AI automation is likely to work. It highlights sensible starting points and any groundwork, such as data clean-up, needed first.
Who is the consultation for?
Business owners and team leads who want to understand what automation could realistically do for them. It suits both people who have a specific idea and those who only know that some tasks feel too manual.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No formal preparation is needed. It helps to think of two or three tasks that repeat often and to know which tools you use. We will ask the rest during the conversation.
Will you try to sell me a build?
We will tell you where we could help, but the aim is a useful assessment. If the best option is a simple tool you can set up yourself, or waiting until your data is in better shape, we will say that.
