Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Erudience collects through erudience.com, why, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Erudience Ltd ("Erudience", "we") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at contact@erudience.com.
What we collect
Information you give us: when you use the contact form or the get-started form we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, website, and the message or project description you send.
Booking information: if you book a call, scheduling is handled through Cal.com, which receives the details you enter to make the booking.
Usage information: we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. These tools may collect your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and interaction data such as clicks and scrolling, and may set cookies.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or services you ask for; to schedule and run calls; to improve the website and our content; and to keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data.
Our lawful bases are your consent (for analytics cookies), taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the site and handle enquiries, including website hosting, our database and backend provider (Supabase), Cal.com for scheduling, and Google and Microsoft for analytics. They process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and onboarding form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing business relationship, and then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics providers.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, and request a copy of it. You can also withdraw consent for analytics at any time by clearing cookies or using your browser settings. To exercise any right, email contact@erudience.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to remember basic preferences. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features may be affected.
