AI Automation for Agencies: Partner With Erudience
Add AI automation to the services you offer your clients without hiring a build team. We design, build and run the systems, and we agree up front how we work alongside you.
An agency can add AI automation to its services by working with a delivery partner instead of building the capability itself. Erudience designs, builds and runs the systems, and you stay close to your client. Who does what, who talks to the client and who supports the system afterwards is agreed before any work starts.
What agencies ask us for
Calls answered and routed
A voice assistant that answers when your client's team is busy or closed, takes the details and hands over to a person when it should.
Enquiries followed up
Outreach and follow-up sequences that keep leads moving without someone having to remember.
Support triaged
Incoming requests sorted, and replies drafted for a person to review before they go out.
Tools connected
Your client's CRM, calendar, email and other tools joined up so information moves without retyping.
Something custom
Jobs that off-the-shelf tools do not cover, built around the client's own process with human approval where it matters.
Where a delivery partner fits
Some agencies prefer to lead the client relationship and bring us in for the build. Others want us in the room from the first call. Either can work, and the right choice depends on the client and on how you like to work.
What matters is that nothing is left to assumption. The sections below set out the questions we would settle with you at the start, and how a project runs once you and the client are ready.
How a project runs
Map the process
We start with what the client really handles: the common requests, the information needed and the points where a person should take over.
Design the rules and limits
We write the flow, the questions, the limits on what the system may say or commit to, and the escalation paths. Anything involving money or legal commitments is designed with human approval in mind.
Connect the tools
We wire the system to the tools that hold the client's data so information moves in both directions.
Test, launch and refine
We test against realistic cases before going live, then review real outcomes together and adjust wording, rules and hand-offs as we learn.
Questions to settle before you start
Who speaks to the client, and at which stages.
Whose name is on the work, and how we are introduced.
Who owns what is built, including the documentation.
Who supports the system after launch, and how a problem is reported.
How client data is handled, and who is responsible for it under UK data protection law.
What happens to the system if the project stops.
Data protection comes first
Calls, messages and customer records contain personal data. The ICO publishes guidance for organisations on the roles of controller and processor. Agree those roles, in writing, before anything is built, and check the current guidance for your own situation.

Frequently asked questions
Can you work white label?
Whether the work is delivered under your name or ours is agreed per project before it starts. Some agencies want to lead the client relationship, others want us introduced as the builder. We would rather decide it together at the beginning than assume.
Can a freelancer or consultant partner with you?
Yes. The conversation is the same whether you are an agency, a consultant or a freelancer: what your clients need, what you would like to handle yourself and what you would like a delivery partner to build and run.
What does a first project look like?
A first project is scoped to one clear outcome, for example capturing calls reliably or following up every enquiry. That lets you and the client see how it works and review it before deciding whether to do more.
Which tools can you connect to?
That depends on the client's setup. We have pages on HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce and LinkedIn automation, and we connect other tools where they can be connected. We tell you early if something cannot be.
How do we start?
Use the Apply to partner form and tell us about your agency and the clients you have in mind. We reply by email, and you can book a call from there if that is easier.
