Partner With an AI Automation Agency
We design, build and run voice, sales, support and workflow automation. If you advise or serve businesses that need it, we would like to talk about working together.
A partnership with Erudience means working with a team that designs, builds and runs AI automation for businesses, so you can offer it to your own clients without building that capability yourself. How we work together depends on what you do, and each kind of partner starts with the same thing: a conversation about your clients and what they need.
Who we partner with
Agencies
Marketing, web, CRM and consulting agencies that want to offer AI automation to their clients with a delivery partner.
Referral partners
Accountants, IT support firms, consultants and coaches who know businesses that would benefit and want to introduce them.
Technology and platform partners
Software platforms and tool vendors that want an automation partner who can connect their product to real business workflows.
How a partnership starts
Tell us what you do
Use the short form to describe your business, the clients you serve and what they ask you for that you cannot deliver today.
Agree how we would work together
We talk through who speaks to the client, what we build, how it is handed over and who supports it afterwards, and write the answers down before any work starts.
Start with one clear outcome
A first project is scoped to a single result, for example capturing calls reliably or following up every enquiry, so everyone can see how it works before taking on more.
Review and decide what next
We look at how the first project went, what the client noticed and whether it makes sense to do more together.
What to expect from the way we work
We build around your client's own process: the calls, messages and tasks they really handle, and the points where a person should take over. Anything involving money or legal commitments is designed with human approval in mind, and what the system may say or do is agreed in advance.
AI systems that handle calls and customer records involve personal data. Who is responsible for that data under UK data protection law needs to be settled in writing at the start, and the ICO publishes guidance for organisations on the roles involved.

Frequently asked questions
What kinds of partnership do you work on?
Three come up most often: agencies that want to offer AI automation to their clients, people who introduce businesses to us, and technology platforms that want an automation partner. We do not publish fixed partner terms. Each one starts with a conversation about what you do and what would suit you.
Can you work under our brand?
That depends on the project and is agreed before work starts. We would rather settle who speaks to the client, whose name is on the work and who supports it in writing at the beginning than assume an answer.
Who owns what gets built?
Ownership of what is built, and of the documentation, is agreed in writing before any work begins, as part of the same conversation about how we work together.
Do you only work with agencies?
No. Consultants, advisers, software platforms and businesses that simply know someone who needs this are all welcome to get in touch. The form lets you say which describes you.
How do we get started?
Use the Apply to partner form and tell us about your business and what you would like to do together. We reply by email, and you can book a call from there if that is easier.
