Sales and Outreach Automation for Small Teams
Consistent prospecting and follow-up without the daily manual grind.
Sales outreach automation means using software to handle the repetitive parts of prospecting and follow-up: finding the right people, sending sequenced messages, tracking replies and keeping your CRM up to date. Done well, it makes contact more consistent. Done badly, it produces generic messages that damage your reputation. We aim for the first.
Our work here centres on LinkedIn and email, the two channels most B2B teams rely on. We build systems that use AI to help personalise and prioritise, but we set clear limits: volumes that respect each platform's rules, message content you have approved, and a route for real replies to reach a human quickly.
We do not promise a particular reply rate or number of meetings. Results depend on your offer, your audience and the quality of your data. What we can do is remove the manual steps that cause follow-up to slip and give you visibility of what is happening.
What we build
LinkedIn outreach systems
Workflows that manage connection requests and messages against a target list, log activity, and pause when someone replies so a person can take over.
Email follow-up sequences
Triggered and scheduled follow-ups tied to what a contact has actually done, with rules for stopping when a reply arrives or a deal changes stage.
Engagement automation
Systems that help you stay visible to the right accounts by surfacing posts to respond to and drafting comments for you to approve.
CRM hygiene and reporting
Automatic logging of contacts, replies and stages, so pipeline reports reflect what has really happened rather than what someone remembered to enter.
How it works
Define who and what
We agree the audience, the offer and the message boundaries with you first. Automation amplifies whatever strategy is behind it, so this step matters most.
Build the workflow
We assemble the sequence, data sources, personalisation logic and CRM connections, keeping approval steps where content could reflect on your brand.
Start small and check
We launch to a limited group, review real messages and replies together, and adjust before increasing volume.
Monitor and maintain
Platforms change their rules and interfaces. We keep an eye on how the workflow behaves and adjust it as needed.

Frequently asked questions
Is LinkedIn automation allowed?
LinkedIn's user agreement restricts some automated activity, and accounts can be limited if tools break its rules. We design for conservative, human-like volumes, but no approach is risk-free, and you should read the current terms before deciding to proceed.
Will the messages sound like spam?
They should not, but that depends on the inputs. We use your approved messaging, real data about each prospect and sensible limits. We also recommend reviewing a sample of outgoing messages regularly, particularly in the early weeks.
Can you guarantee a number of meetings or replies?
No. Outcomes depend on your offer, audience, list quality and timing. We can make outreach consistent and measurable, and we report what is happening so you can judge whether the approach is working for you.
What happens when a prospect replies?
The automation stops contacting that person and notifies you, usually through your CRM or a messaging tool. From there a human continues the conversation. We do not build systems that keep chatting with prospects without oversight.
Does this replace a sales team?
No. It takes over repetitive tasks such as scheduling follow-ups and updating records, so salespeople spend more of their time in conversations. Relationships, negotiation and judgement about who is worth pursuing remain human work.
